Each camp is a one-month, live online program designed for students who have successfully completed Algebra 2.

- Dive into advanced topics such as Astrophysics, Quantum Mechanics, Neuroscience, Quantum Computing, Engineering, Genetics, and more

- Gain in-depth knowledge and problem-solving skills rarely taught in high school

- Explore diverse STEM fields to discover true passions and future academic pathways

These camps are the perfect way for motivated students to build college-level exposure, strengthen their STEM profiles, and stand out in competitive admissions.

WHY THESE CAMPS MATTER?

Learn Live, Beyond

the Classroom

In our live online sessions, students don’t just watch lectures; they actively participate in real time discussions with an astrophysics expert. This interactive approach means your child can ask questions, work through problems, and truly advance beyond the classroom with concepts rarely taught in high school.

A Curriculum Designed to Spark Discovery

Our focused curriculum covers everything from Einstein’s relativity to modern astrophysics experiments and exotic astronomical objects. Each lesson is carefully designed to spark curiosity and connect science to the real universe, ensuring that your child doesn’t just learn facts but develops a genuine passion for discovery that can inspire future study and careers.

Turn Math Into a Gateway to STEM Success

Every session is built around engaging learning activities, where math becomes a tool to unlock cosmic mysteries. Students won’t just memorize theories; they will apply formulas to black holes, galaxies, and the Big Bang. This way, they develop critical problem-solving skills that boost college and STEM readiness, giving them an academic edge.

INSTRUCTOR

Dr. BRIAN SALTZER

MATHEMATICAL PHYSICIST

Dr. Saltzer began his career as a mathematical physicist, specializing in quantum gravity and unified field theories. While in graduate school, he discovered his passion for teaching and has since dedicated his career to helping students see the beauty of math and physics.

As a former physics professor, Dr. Saltzer has received multiple national teaching awards and authored 25+ textbooks for major publishers like Pearson and McGraw-Hill. Beyond the classroom, he is the founder of several academic publishing and curriculum development companies, creating resources that have impacted thousands of learners worldwide.

When he’s not inspiring the next generation of scientists, Dr. Saltzer can be found running marathons or hiking trails across the globe. His mission is simple: to show students that math and science aren’t just subjects to study, but adventures to experience.

CURRENT CAMP - ASTROPHYSICS (OCTOBER)

SESSION 1: Einstein's Relativity and the Structure of Spacetime

Students will explore how Einstein’s groundbreaking theories reshaped our understanding of the universe. They’ll learn how space and time are connected, why gravity bends spacetime, and how these ideas explain everything from planetary motion to the bending of light near massive objects.

SESSION 2: The Big Bang

In this session, students will uncover the story of how our universe began. They’ll explore the evidence for the Big Bang, from cosmic background radiation to the expansion of galaxies, and see how scientists piece together the timeline of the universe’s first moments.

SESSION 3: The Technology and Experiments in Astrophysics

Students will dive into the tools and experiments that make modern astrophysics possible. From powerful telescopes that capture light across the spectrum to particle detectors and space missions, they’ll see how scientists gather evidence and push the boundaries of what we know about the universe.

SESSION 4: Black Holes and Other Exotic Astronomical Objects

In this final session, students will journey into the most mysterious regions of space. They’ll learn how black holes form, what makes neutron stars and quasars so extreme, and why these exotic objects are key to understanding the limits of physics and the future of our universe.

What is the Schedule and meeting location?

4 Sundays in October | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST and Online | Live Interactive Session
